WELCOME TO LOOKWEAR'S EARLY BETA
Your access helps us test features, refine the experience, and shape Lookwear's evolution. By joining the private beta, you agree to the terms below.
1. INVITE-ONLY, NO-COST BETA ACCESS
Your participation is free of charge and invite-only. This beta access is not a paid service, and participation does not guarantee ongoing access after the beta period.
2. EXPERIMENTAL EXPERIENCE
Lookwear is in private beta. Features may change, break, or evolve without notice.
Outputs (including lookbooks, product suggestions, and styling notes) may be imperfect, incomplete, or occasionally inaccurate. You accept this as part of early access.
Lookwear does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice — styling recommendations are for informational and personal-use purposes only.
3. DELIVERY TIMING + "LOVE IT" GUARANTEE
FAST TURNAROUND
We aim to deliver your beta output within 24 hours of receiving your completed onboarding form. Delays may occur due to volume or testing needs, but we'll always communicate if timing changes.
LOVE IT GUARANTEE
If you don't love at least 3 out of 5 picks, we'll redo your recommendations one time at no cost (within beta capacity). To request a redo, email feedback@lookwearapp.com within 7 days of delivery with brief feedback on what didn't match.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY + NO SHARING
To protect the beta and participants:
- You agree not to publicly share or post any screenshots, screen recordings, UI flows, internal pages, beta links, or lookbooks without written permission from Lookwear.
- You may share your outfits or final looks publicly — just don't show internal product screens or documents.
- Please do not forward invites or share access links with others unless explicitly told it's okay.
5. DATA + PRIVACY

- Images/photos you upload (if applicable)
HOW WE USE IT
- To provide your Lookwear beta experience, including personalized styling outputs
- To improve product accuracy, features, and user experience
WE DO NOT SELL YOUR DATA
We will never sell your personal data — full stop.
ANONYMIZED USE FOR IMPROVEMENTS
We may anonymize and aggregate data (removing direct identifiers) to improve Lookwear, including evaluating and improving our models and product performance.
OWNERSHIP
You retain ownership of any photos or images you upload. Lookwear retains ownership of the Lookwear software, product design, and platform IP. Your styling outputs (e.g., lookbooks, styling notes) are provided for your personal use. Lookwear may reuse de-identified learnings or generalized insights to improve the product.
6. DATA RETENTION + DELETION REQUESTS
RETENTION
We retain beta data for up to 24 months to support product improvements, continuity of your experience, and troubleshooting. We may retain anonymized or aggregated data longer for research and product improvement.
DELETION
You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@lookwearapp.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request." We'll delete or de-identify your personal data within 30 days, unless we're required to keep certain records for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
BETA EXPIRATION
If the private beta ends or your access is removed, we may keep your data according to the retention policy above unless you request deletion.
7. FEEDBACK USE
Any feedback you provide — verbally, by email, in form responses, or in comments — may be used to improve Lookwear and may be referenced in product messaging in anonymized form (without identifying you) unless you explicitly agree otherwise.
8. NO REFUNDS + SUPPORT PROMISE
Since this beta is no-cost, refunds do not apply. However — your outcome matters. If something feels misaligned, we'll prioritize revisions, swaps, clarifying guidance, and continued styling support within beta capacity.
Our goal is that you walk away with clarity, confidence, and useful styling insight.
9. ACCESS RIGHTS
Lookwear may revoke, modify, pause, or limit beta access at any time — including to protect system stability, prevent misuse, or iterate on the beta program.
10. COMMUNICATION CONSENT
You may request removal at any time by emailing feedback@lookwearapp.com.
